FAIRFIELD, Al. – Edward Waters’ offensive outburst in the opening 30 minutes of Thursday night’s SIAC cross-divisional matchup against Miles proved to be just enough as the Tigers held off a furious fourth quarter comeback to come away with a 22-16 road victory at Albert J. Sloan-Alumni Stadium.

Lane 42, Central State 31

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Lane Dragons wrapped up their home slate on Saturday with a win over the Central State Marauders, 42-31. The offense wasted little time getting on the board, capitalizing on good field position when Virgil Young took the opening kickoff 42 yards to set the Dragons up near midfield.

ALBANY, Ga. – The Golden Rams defeated the Maroon Tigers (31-7) on Senior Day at the ASU Coliseum on Saturday afternoon.  With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (7-2) overall and (5-1) in the SIAC while the Maroon Tigers fell to (0-9) overall and (0-6) in the conference.
