With sneakers such as the “Military Blue” 4, “Taxi” 12, “Fire Red” 3 that sneakerheads have been asking for for several years, Jordan Brand decides to completely ignore their consumer base and bring back a sneaker absolutely no one asked for, the 6-17-23.
As the name implies this is a hybrid shoe , combining aspects of the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 17 (another sneaker that is long overdue for a second retail run). Adding up 6 and 17 gives you 23 MJ’s jersey number (see what they did there.)
This iteration of the 6-17-23 sports a black combination nubuck, mesh, and leather upper sitting above a black midsole and a black and translucent rubber outsole.
The release of this 6-17-23 is expected to be imminent at nike.com and select retail locations.
