Monday afternoon the National Basketball Association announced their Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week. Memphis Grizzlier point guard Ja Morant was named Western Conference POW, Morant averaged 25.0 points, 6.8 assists and 6.3 rebounds per contest in helping Grizzlies to a 5-0 week.
Fred Van Vleet tok the honors for the Eastern Conference. Van Vleet had a stellar week as well, putting up 30.3 points, 6.5 assists and 4.8 rebounds , including notching his first career triple double against the Utah Jazz, in leading the Raptors go undefeated this (5-0) this past week.
