The Albany State University Women’s Soccer program is excited to announce its schedule for the 2025 season. The lineup includes a competitive series of non-conference matchups along with Peach Belt Conference games. Under the guidance of a developing and motivated team, the Lady Golden Rams are eager to make an impression as they work to gain momentum in one of the nation’s strongest NCAA Division II soccer conferences.

The Lady Golden Rams will open their season on the road with back-to-back non-conference matchups. The 2025 campaign kicks off on September 4 with a trip to Shorter University, followed by a short turnaround with a visit to Thomas University on September 7. These early-season tests will set the tone for the squad before they return home for their highly anticipated home opener against Brewton-Parker College on September 13, giving fans their first glimpse of the 2025 team on campus.

Conference play begins on September 20, as Albany State remains home to face Lander University, followed by another home match versus USC Aiken on September 24. The Golden Rams will embark on a short road trip to the Palmetto State to face USC-Beaufort on September 27, kicking off a pivotal stretch of matchups that will help define their postseason aspirations.

October will be a key month for Albany State, beginning with a home contest against Georgia Southwestern on October 1, followed by road games at Edward Waters (Oct. 4) and the University of North Georgia (Oct. 8). The Golden Rams will return to the friendly confines of campus on October 11 to host Middle Georgia State. Additional road trips to Southern Wesleyan (Oct. 15), Georgia College (Oct. 18), and Clayton State University (Oct. 22) will challenge the squad before they close out the month with a home closer matchup against Flagler University on October 25.

The regular season concludes on November 1 as Albany State travels to Columbus State, aiming to finish strong ahead of the postseason. The Peach Belt Conference Tournament is scheduled to begin in early November, with the top teams in the league competing for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

The 2025 season promises excitement, growth, and opportunity for the Lady Golden Rams as they continue to climb in one of Division II’s most competitive conferences. With a balanced roster of returning talent and new additions, Albany State is poised for a breakthrough year.
