Florida A&M head coach Quinn Gray delivers a message of unity, encouraging Rattler Nation and the surrounding community to support those affected by last week’s violence.
Florida A&M football head coach Quinn Gray is reminding Rattler Nation that the strength of the Rattler family extends well beyond the football field.
In a message shared on social media, Gray expressed his support for the Tallahassee community and everyone affected by the senseless violence that occurred last week. A 15-year old was arrested for allegedly perpetrating the shooting, which occurred near Bragg Memorial Stadium, that injured 11 people.
“Rattler Nation and our beloved Tallahassee community, we stand in support of our community and those affected by the senseless violence of a week ago!” Gray wrote.
The FAMU head coach also encouraged the Rattler family and surrounding communities to come together and demonstrate the strength of Tallahassee.
“Let’s show our Nation how strong Tallahassee and our surrounding areas really are!!! #ALLIN”
Gray’s message serves as a reminder of the important connection between Florida A&M University and the Tallahassee community.
While football brings Rattler Nation together on Saturdays, the university’s impact reaches much further. Supporting neighbors, standing with those affected by tragedy, and showing up for the community are equally important parts of that connection.
For Rattler Nation, the message is clear: ALL IN means standing together when the community needs it most.
Our thoughts remain with everyone affected by last week’s violence.
