Albany State softball wins 4th straight

The Golden Rams improved to 4-0 on the season as they defeated the Sewanee Tigers 7-5 in game 1 and 9-3 in game 4.
 
In game 1, the Golden Rams scored 2 runs in the 3rd inning, 3 runs in the 4th inning and 2 runs in the 5thinning.  Those 7 runs were enough to hold off the Tigers.  Romona McLeod picked up the win for the Golden Rams.
 
Third Baseman Morgan Brown had 3 hits for the Golden Rams.  Brown drove in 3 runs for the Golden Rams.
 
Romona McLeod, Glory Seay and Ciweya Tennison all stole a base for the Golden Rams.
 
In game 2, Mackenzie Chamblee got the win for the Golden Rams.  Chamblee improved to 2-0 on the season.
 
In the 6th inning, the Golden Rams exploded for 5 runs to break open a close game.
 
The Golden Rams tallied 15 hits in game 2.  Glory Seay hit a homerun and Kennedy Dora hit a double to power the Golden Rams offensively.
 
The Golden Rams will be back in action at home against Ohio Christian on Friday, February 11.
