The Golden Rams improved to 15-7 (14-3 in the SIAC) after sweeping the Tuskegee University Tigers. The Tigers are now 10-11 (8-6 in the SIAC).
The Golden Rams defeated the Tigers 20-12 in the final game of the series. Lavoisier Fisher, Lachlan Rossand Nathan Lloyd were the players of the game. Fisher went 3-3 at the plate for the Golden Rams. Fisher scored 3 runs and had 1 RBI. Ross went 1-3 at the plate. Ross hit a home run, scored 2 runs and had 6 RBIs. Lloyd went 5-7 at the plate. Lloyd had 5 RBIs and scored 3 runs.
Tyler Bullock got the win for the Golden Rams.
The Golden Rams will travel to Atlanta, Georgia to play Clark-Atlanta University on April 1-2. The Golden Rams won’t return home until they play Morehouse College for a 3-game series on April 8-9.
