Albany State Track performed well at Emory Spring Break Classic

The Albany State Golden Rams track and field teams participate in the Emory Spring Break Classic on March 17-18, at Emory University. 
 
The Golden Rams men finished in 5th place out of 16 teams with 65 points. 
 
Kibren Moore finished 3rd in the M 100m with a time of 10.49.  Kibren also finished 5th in the M 200m with a time of 22.14.
 
Jordan Smith finished 2nd in the M 400m with a time of 50.06.  Jordan finished 1st in the M 400h with a time of 55.43.  Jordan finished 5thin the M Long Jump with a jump of 21’0″.
 
Jayvon Hutchinson finished in 1st place in the M 110h with a time of 14.73.
 
The Golden Rams finished 2nd in the 4×400 Relay.  The team of Jordan Smith, Tyler Mapson, Trevino Glover and Tyler Douglas finished with a time of 3:19.69.
 
Michael Trimble finished 4th in the M Discus with a throw of 40.19m.
 
The Golden Rams women finished in 5th place out of 20 teams with 46 points. 
 
Nathalia Rowe finished in 2nd place in the 200m with a time of 26.08.  Dasia Gilyard finished in 5th place in the 200m with a time of 26.19.
 
Nathalia Rowe finished 4th in the 400m with a time of 58.11.
 
Zamya Rhaney finished in 3rd place in the 3000m with a time of 12:21.73.
 
Mykhayla Carroll finished in 3rd place in the Shot Put with a throw of 38’4.75″.  Sydney Blackburn finished in 5th place in the Shot Put with a throw of 38’0.25′.
 
Sydney Blackburn finished in 1st place in the Discus with a throw of 153’3″.
 
Mykhayla Carroll finished in 3rd place in the Hammer with a throw of 133’11”.
