The Zoom Vomero 5 has become one of the apples of Nike’s proverbial eye, with several colorways hitting retail in recent months. This upcoming look for the Vomero 5 features a black mesh foundational layer over which grey leather and TPU. Red Swooshes show up on the lateral and medial sides with, with the same color also present on the tongue label and mid foot lace loops.
Reflective detailing can be seen throughout the upper with the face of Nike’s co-founder, Bill Bowerman, visible on the insoles.
Underneath resides a Zoom Air equipped midsole and a BRS-1000 rubber outsole.
The “Black and Picante Red” Nike Zoom Vomero 5 is scheduled to debut December 15 at nike.com and select retail establishments; they will carry a 160 USD sticker price. Ce.
