The Born x Raised x Nike SB Dunk Low was a joint effort between respected Los Angeles brand Born x Raised and Nike SB.
It sports striking and well-executed white and blue upper with iridescent Swooshes. On each respective toe reads “One Block” and “At a Time”, which is Born x Raised’s motto and is also seen on the tongue. The laces read “In Loving Memory”, a tribute to the brand’s founder Chris “Spanto” Printup, who tragically lost his life in a car crash in June.
Born x Raised and Nike SB co-branding appears on the tongues, rear heel, insoles and outsoles, completing the aesthetic.
This collaborative and commemorative Nike SB Dunk Low was initially scheduled to debut in July, but due to the tragic and untimely death of Spanto, the release was postponed. The Born x Raised Nike SB Dunk Low is now scheduled to debut September 28th likely on Born x Raised’s website ; they will carry a 130 USD sticker price.
