“Metallic Gold” Nike Air Max 97 to release in April

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 97 and to commemorate this, the OG “Silver Bullet” was released earlier in the year and now another OG colorway will follow it. “Oreo” VaporMax to drop this summer

With the highly anticipated release of the VaporMax earlier this week, many wondered what would susbsequent colorways look like and/or release?   The release of a new colorway of the VaporMax has answered at least one of those questions.   This model features a Flyknit upper with interweaved black and white fibers that have earned this shoe the “Oreo” moniker. Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Teen Accused of Sticking Up Facebook Sneaker Seller

In our latest edition lowlighting the foolish things people take to get sneakers, we bring you the case of Javaris Platts. The 19-year old Jacksonville, Florida teen was accused of robbing a Facebook sneaker seller at gunpoint of a pair of Air Jordans. According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, and reported by WJXT-TV, the robbery victim posted an ad on a Facebook page where sneakers are bought and sold.
