title image via Norfolk State Athletics Wednesday afternoon, Norfolk State’s Terron Mallory was named the HBCU Defensive Back of the Week by the Jim Thorpe Awards. Though the Spartans got it handed to them 42-3 by the Pirates of East Carolina, despite forcing six turnovers, Mallory had himself a game.
