PG 2 “OKC”

Today images have surfaced of Paul George’s second signature shoe, the PG2. The shoe’s black and blue upper is comprised of a reinforced forefoot mesh with a midfoot suede overlay that wraps around the heel. Nike branding appears on the lateral forefoot and on the midsole and George’s logo appears on the tongue. The black midsole is atop an orange and white patterned outsole. Once again OVO and Jordan Brand have collaborated to birth a dyad of Air Jordan 8 colorways, one in a black based colorway and the other in white. The white based colorway features a simple white leather upper with sections of full-grain and tumbled leather. Metallic gold and red accenting at the heel and tongue Jumpman respectively. Nike looks to aim toward 100% renewable energy in North America

Nike recently announced that it had signed a second substantial contract with Avangrid Renewables. The agreement is for 86 megawatts of power over the life of the deal, which is enough energy to power 400,000 average American households with carbon-free energy or the emissions reduction equivalent of removing approximately 800,000 vehicles off the road for a year. Our latest chronicling of leather-and-rubber inspired foolishness takes us to Stamford, Connecticut where a local man decided that freedom was not worth it and decided to take a run at some kicks that did not belong to him. 21-year-old Malik Claybourne of Stamford, was accused of robbing a man of three pairs of Yeezy Boost sneakers last month.
