Ben Simmons has agreed to terms with the Los Angeles Clippers and will sign with the teams once he clears waivers according to Shams Charania.  Earlier on Saturday Simmons and the Brooklyn Nets agreed on a buyout, making the enigmatic power forward a free agent. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Russell Westbrook has been traded to the Utah Jazz (again).
