Utah Jazz point guard Mike Conley will miss the team’s Thursday’s game against the Washington Wizards due right hamstring injury management, the team announced Wednesday. Conley has dealt with hamstring issues previously during his tenure with the Jazz, an injury to the left one in his first season in Salt Lake City cost him 19 out of a 20 game stretch. Donovan Mitchell and Utah Jazz agree on $195 million extension

Utah Jazz guard Donanvan Mitchell has agreed to a five-year $195 million designated rookie maximum extension. The 24-year-old was taken with the 13th pick in the 2017 NBA boasts career averages of 22.7 points and 4.0 assists per game and quickly displayed that he was more than capable filling the void created by the departure of Gordon Hayward in free agency that same offseason. Knicks move up to No.23 with trade with Jazz

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the New York Knicks and Utah Jazz have engaged in deal that will move the Knicks up in Wednesday’s NBA Draft. The Knicks are sending their No. 27 and No. 38 picks to the Jazz in exchange for the No. 23 picks. As icing on the cake, Utah is sending over the the draft rights to 2008 second-round pick Ante Tomic, 33, who is not expected to come to the NBA. The Knicks now have the No.8 and No. 23 selections.

Jazz’s Gobert, Mitchell, others health cleared

Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell along with the rest of Utah Jazz players and personnel have been given a clean bill of health by the state’s Health Department, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps.
