Blazers’ Collins out four months after shoulder surgery

The Portland Trail Blazers announced on Tuesday that forward Zach Collins will be out for approximately four months after undergoing a procedure to repair his left labrum. In a release the Blazers said their young big man will begin a treatment and rehabilitation process and will be re-evaluated in about four months. Collins suffered a dislocated shoulder in the third quarter of their game against the Dallas Mavericks on October 27. This coming season will mark the fiftieth for the Portland Trail Blazers and the court the club unveiled today will commemorate their golden season. Seventies styled font are at the end lines and side lines ( the Blazers won their sole NBA title in 1977) with a specially designed 50 logo at half court.
