from the AP: SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The majority interest of the Utah Jazz is being sold to technology entrepreneur Ryan Smith, a move that when formally approved by the NBA will end the Miller family’s 35-year run as owners of the franchise. Jazz’s Gobert, Mitchell, others health cleared

Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell along with the rest of Utah Jazz players and personnel have been given a clean bill of health by the state’s Health Department, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps. Gobert was the first NBA player to test positive for COVID-19 and ridiculously and wrongly draw the ire of players, fans and even some media ( because apparently he purposely contracted the virus as part of some insidious plan to end the NBA season). Bojan Bogdanovic out against Lakers

Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic will miss the team’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers Friday night with an left ankle sprained according to the Jazz’s injury report. Bogdanovic scored 16 points and suffered the injury in the Jazz’s season opening win against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
