Perth re-signs Clint Steindl for two years

From nbl.com.au: The Perth Wildcats have re-signed guard Clint Steindl for two more seasons, meaning the sharp-shooter will call Perth home until at least 2021. Brisbane Bullets sign former 36er Nathan Sobey

From nbl.com.au : The Brisbane Bullets have secured Australian Boomer and All-NBL Second Team guard Nathan Sobey as their first free agent addition to the roster. Sobey joins the Bullets on a three-year deal which will have him at the Club until the end of the 2021-22 season. The move to Brisbane comes after five years at the Adelaide 36ers for Sobey, and one year with the Cairns Taipans. Sobey was involved in grand finals series with both teams, including the 2017-18 series for the 36ers against Melbourne United. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the Miami Heat have waived forward Rodney McGruder. The move seems to be a cost-cutting one , as indicated by the South Florida Sun Sentinel’s Ira Winderman. Even if another team does claim him, McGruder is playoff ineligible. In his three seasons in the NBA, all with the Heat, the 6’4” guard has started 112 of the 161 games he has appeared in and averaged 6.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 23.6 minutes per contest.
