Wednesday saw the SWAC men’s basketball teams take to the court and all of them came away defeated. Some, such as Texas Southern and Prairie View who fell just by 4 points to Washington State and 5 to UALR respectively while UAPB and Alcorn State were ran out of the gym by 39 points. However the biggest ass-kicking of the evening was taken by Mississippi Valley State, who lost by a mind-blowing 80 points to Arkansas, 142-62. SWAC Commissioner meeting with member Presidents on fate of fall sports

Though the MEAC, CIAA, and the SIAC have all announced their plans to cancel fall sports, the fate of SWAC sports has yet to be decided.
