As we wind down to the last games of the NBA season, and teams gear up for the playoffs ( or the offseason), resting players is a common occurrence.
The Boston Celtics may need to give gamers to field a full team because they will have seven players out for Wednesday night’s game against the Washington Wizards.
The team announced that Aaron Baynes, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, Al Horford, Kyrie Irving, Marcus Morris, Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum and Guerschon Yabusele are all out.
The Celtics currently sit at 4th place in the Eastern Conference and will face the Indiana Pacers in the opening round of the playoffs.
