Danny Green out 2-3 weeks with right calf strain

The Philadelphia 76ers will be without Danny Green for the remainder of their Eastern Conference Semifinal series with the Atlanta Hawks and should they prevail , likely the Conference Finals as well. Daryl Morey and the Philadelphia 76ers were both fined $75,000 by the NBA for a tweet that was directed at Stephen Curry. Specifically what occurred was that Morey took a screen shot of a post from Stephen Curry’s Instagram in which he congratulated his brother Seth, who is a guard for the 76ers, on a good game. Joel Embiid to start Game 1 against Atlanta

According ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, per a source, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid will start Game 1 against the Atlanta Hawks. Joel Embiid has small meniscus tear

From nba.com: Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid will miss Game 5 against the Washington Wizards (7 ET, NBA TV) because of a knee injury, the team announced Wednesday. An MRI revealed a small lateral meniscus tear in Embiid’s right knee and he will be day-to-day going forward. from the NBA: NEW YORK — Prior to traveling to Atlanta, Philadelphia’s Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons had contact with an individual who is confirmed today to have tested positive for the coronavirus.  As a result, Embiid (Team Durant) and Simmons (Team LeBron) will not play in tonight’s NBA All-Star Game. Seth Curry tests positive for COVID-19

Right before their game their game against the Brooklyn Nets Thursday, Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry popped positive for COVID-19. Once the team and Curry got wind of this development, he was straightaway taken to an isolation room and then departed the Barclays Center apart from the tea. Shake Milton was moved into the starting lineup in Curry’s place. Sources told ESPN that the the Sixers will remain in New York overnight and begin contact tracing Friday morning.

Daryl Morey fined $50k for violating anti-tampering rules
