Jordan Brand is set to revisit one of the cleanest non-OG Air Jordan 6 colorways ever released, as the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 is expected to return in 2026.

Originally released in 2010, the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 quickly became a favorite amongst sneaker enthusiasts thanks to its simple yet effective black-and-white color blocking combined with signature speckled detailing. Now, sixteen years later, the beloved colorway appears poised for a comeback during the Air Jordan 6’s 35th anniversary celebration.

Early images indicate Jordan Brand is keeping things fairly faithful to the original release.

The sneaker sports a white leather upper paired with black nubuck underlays, creating the same sharp contrast that helped make the shoe stand out when it first hit retailers. Signature “Oreo” speckling appears on the midsole, lace lock, and heel pull tab, while translucent outsole sections complete the familiar aesthetic.

Unlike some retros that receive extensive redesigns or modern reinterpretations, this upcoming release looks to preserve the essence of the 2010 version. The overall shape and construction also appear closer to classic Air Jordan 6 builds, which should be welcomed news for longtime collectors and Jordan purists alike.

As Jordan Brand continues building out what is shaping up to be a loaded 2026 retro calendar, the return of the “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 adds yet another highly anticipated release to the lineup.

At the moment, the 2026 “Oreo” Air Jordan 6 is expected to release on August 22, 2026, at a retail price of $215.
