Reported by Fox61 Footwear With Care is the latest initiative through the nonprofit Community Partners in Action. It was started last year and has helped over 1,000 homeless adults and children in the Hartford, CT area.

The shoes were obtained from an event called “Stuff a Hartford Police Cruiser”at West Hartford’s Fleet Feet Sports.
