It appears that Kyle Kuzma could be the next young NBA talent to join the Puma roster. According to an initial report from the New York Times’ Marc Stein, Puma is nearing a deal with the Los Angeles Laker. Last season, the 23-year-old forward engaged in a partnership with the sneaker resale platform GOAT, in which he functioned as a brand ambassador and would wear rare kicks on and off the court.

Puma unveils their latest basketball shoe

The Legacy is Puma’s third silhouette since re-entering the basketball space last season. The mid-collared silhouette sports a knit upper with large branding on the medial and lateral sides. The midsole is composed of PUMA Hybrid, a foam that the brand is touting as the “the most responsive foam in the industry.” A rubber outsole completes the aesthetic. Malaysian police seize nearly 12,000 pair of counterfeit shoes in raid

In a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, authorities seized nearly 12,000 pairs of counterfeit sneakers. At a press conference , the director of the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs and Ministry’s Enforcement Division, Datuk Iskandar Halim Sulaiman said the 11,883 pairs of knockoff footwear ranged from Nike to Tommy Hilfiger and were worth a combined 324,110 Malaysian Ringgit (RM) , which is the equivalent of $79,385 US.
