What Coach Pierre says:

“We have a tough schedule for our upcoming 2023 baseball season that will allow us to play competitive baseball in the SWAC conference. Our team has the opportunity to play five schools that are ranked top 50 in the country which shows we want to compete against the best of the best. The team is excited about opening up the season at Minute Maid park in Houston, then playing on the MLB Network at the Dawson Classic in New Orleans, followed by the Garr and Lucas Classic in Atlanta. This schedule has allowed us to create exposure for these young men. We’re excited about this group of players and we’re ready to compete for a SWAC title and for a chance to enter the NCAA tournament.”
