Kelsey Mitchell’s remarkable 2026 campaign continues to rewrite the Indiana Fever record book.
The four-time WNBA All-Star has officially broken her own franchise single-season scoring record, reaching 891 points in just 37 games after another dominant offensive performance. The Fever announced the milestone during Thursday night’s game against the Dallas Wings as Mitchell continued one of the greatest scoring seasons in franchise history.
Mitchell entered the night needing just one point to surpass the previous franchise mark of 890 points, which she established last season. She wasted no time, finishing with a game-high 37 points while extending her torrid stretch of elite scoring.
The record comes on the heels of another historic accomplishment. Earlier in the game, Mitchell recorded her 21st consecutive 20-point performance, setting a new WNBA record for the longest such streak in league history.
Averaging more than 24 points per game while shooting efficiently from both the field and three-point range, Mitchell has emerged as one of the leading candidates in the WNBA MVP race. With several regular-season games still remaining, she has an opportunity to push the Fever’s single-season scoring record even higher while helping Indiana secure playoff positioning.
