This spring will see the debut of another Kobe commemorating the memory of Gianna Bryant.
It sports a white Engineered Mesh upper adorned with a butterfly pattern. Metallic gold Swooshes tank their places on the lateral sides and the media ankles; the same hue also appears on the Kobe branding on the tongue. On the respective rear heel of each shoe reads GiGi’s name and her jersey number, 2 over the top of a Kobe logo.
Underneath the aforementioned upper resides a black midsole and a white rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, the “Mambacita” Nike Kobe VIII Protro is scheduled to debut May 1. They will carry a 190 USD sticker price.
