Seventeen years after its original 2008 release, the “Miro” Air Jordan 7 is returning this year.
The “Miro” Air Jordan 7 is inspired by Spanish painter and sculptor’s Joan Miro’s famous sculpture, Dona i Ocell (Woman and Bird).

They sport a white and black upper splashed with areas of color, tying it to the Barcelona-installed sculpture. A gold Jumpman appears at the lateral ankle, while perched atop the black tongue is “AIR JORDAN” in gold and red stitching. The shield at the rear heel displays a number 9, which was Jordan’s Olympic number, tying in the sneaker to the 1992 Olympics, which took place in Barcelona.
Completing the aesthetic is a gold and red accented white midsole, along with a largely translucent rubber outsole underneath which flag inspired patterns can be seen.
As it currently stands, the “Miro” Air Jordan 7 is slated to make its return June 27 , 2026 at nike.com and select retail establishments.
