The 22-year old restricted free agent has held out of training camp and, as of yet, has not signed the Warriors’ $1.7 million qualifying offer that expires Tuesday.
According to a report from the Mercury News , McCaw, who averaged 4.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest, will turn down said qualifying offer. The Warriors also have a two-year, $4 million contract offer for McCaw but according to Marc J. Spears of ESPN, the third-year guard will turn down that offer as well .

Spears also indicated the deal is actuall for $million with a non-guaranteed second year. McCaw had been looking for a two-year deal so that he can become an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
