The “Lightning” Air Jordan XVII Low is making its long-awaited return later this year, albeit with a ridiculously inflated 300 USD sticker price attached to them.
Long-time Team Jordan member and former NBA player Quentin Richardson gave the world the best look yet at the “Lightning” lows via a post to his Instagram account.
They appear to be a faithful recreation of the original, sporting a white leather upper paired with black at the tongue that is integrated into the inner boot. Jumpman branding appears at the rear heel. Yellow appears on the toe and the TPU shell at the midfoot, a bit appears to be more vibrant than that of the OG. The heel stability clip features Jordan 17 branding, with the n forming the numerals.
A tri-color rubber outsole completes the aesthetic.
