“Red Steel” Air Jordan 10 to Return in 2027

Since its original 2005 release, the “Red Steel” Air Jordan 10 has remained a fan-favorite colorway. After years of anticipation and persistent calls from sneaker enthusiasts, it appears that Jordan Brand is finally set to bring the coveted look back in 2027.

While no official images have surfaced at this early stage, expectations are that the retro will stay true to its roots. The upper is likely to feature premium white tumbled leather, accented by bold red hits along the eyestays and collar.

Steel grey is expected to play a complementary role, appearing on the lace loops and the elastic straps that span the tongue. Inside, red and grey should combine to form a tessellated pattern on the lining, adding subtle visual depth.

Branding details are anticipated to include a red Jumpman on the tongue, accompanied by the signature “AIR JORDAN 23” text across the top.

Underneath, the sneaker should sit atop a clean white midsole paired with a grey and red rubber outsole. As is tradition with the model, the outsole will likely showcase a list of Michael Jordan’s early career accomplishments—one of the defining features of the Air Jordan 10 design.

With nostalgia at an all-time high and demand firmly established, the return of the “Red Steel” colorway is shaping up to be a strong addition to Jordan Brand’s 2027 lineup.
