This upcoming color way of the very well received Converse Shai 001 features a somewhat matte metallic aesthetic.
It sports a molded silver upper that acts as shroud with is zippered enclosure. Perched atop the tongue is debossed Shai branding, with the brand’s iconic Chevron and Star logo taking its place at the rear heel.
Underneath the aforematined upper is a midsole that id equipped with forefoot Zoom Air cushioning and a rubber outsole that features a radial traction pattern designed to optimize grip during cuts , explosive movements and sharp change of directions.
As it currently stands, the “Steel” Converse Shai 001 Premium is slated to debut June 11 at converse.com, select retail establishments, and unfortunately, the SNKRS application. They will carry a 150 USD sticker price.
