Making A Difference: Members of Bowie State Football give back during time of Thanks

Courtesy of Bowie State Athletics BOWIE, MD — Just days before Thanksgiving, Miles Griswoldand Ke’Yon Torain of the Bowie State football team volunteered with the Bowie State University Nutrition Lounge by supporting the Washington Commanders Harvest Feast at FedEx Field. The partnership was through the Bowie State Nutrition Lounge and Cigna Healthcare.  Both Griswold and Torain volunteered by helping hand out out meals at FedEx Field which was apart of FedEx, the Washington Commanders, and Cigna Healthcare’s generous donation of 25 Thanksgiving meals to the BSU community. Bowie State’s Joshua Pryor named CIAA DPOY

Athletic Director for Media Relations SALEM, Va. – Joshua Pryor of Bowie State was named the 2022 Central Intercollegiate Athletics Association (CIAA) Defensive Player of the Year as the Bulldogs tabbed a total of eight football student-athletes to the All-CIAA Football Team the league announced Friday ahead of the 2022 CIAA Football Championship game. Joining Pryor on the First Team ballot was quarterback Dion Golatt Jr., wide receiver Keshane Hinckley, tight end Jordan Griffin and punt returner Kwincy Hall.
