According to police, a Hartford, Connecticut man now faces multiple charges after he attempted to steal $265 worth of Nike basketball shoes from Kohl’s. Around 2 p.m. Monday February 20, police responded to the retailer for a report of a shoplifter. A man, Jorge Bermudez-Martinez, 25, was observed concealing sneakers under his sweatshirt.
