Nike raffling off seven pairs of the “I Promise” LeBron 16

Last week we presented the “I Promise” Nike LeBron16, the colorway of his signature shoe inspired by his children and the I Promise school in Akron. As previously indicated, the sneakers release November 20th but there is another way to obtain a pair. Nike will be raffling seven pairs of the “I Promise” LeBron 16 that began yesterday in an online drawing. LeBron 16 “I Promise” coming before Thanksgiving

The “ I Promise” colorway of the Lebron 16 is part of the “1 Thru 5” series and represents the Center position.This colorway is inspired by his children and the I Promise school in Akron, Ohio that opened it doors earlier this summer. The “I Promise” LeBron 16 features a black Battleknit 2.0 upper with a multi-color layer placed beneath it. Down the tongue features the words, “JUST A KID FROM AKRON”. “Oreo” Nike Lebron 16 Official Images

Official images of several colorways of the Lebron 16 have been surfacing over the past few weeks and they are now joined by this latest color, the monikered Oreo version. This Lebron 16 is outfitted in black and white Battleknit 2.0 upper with black leather finding a home on the tongue and heel. A white midsole with full-length, section Max Zoom air bags supports this upper. A translucent outsole finishes off the major aesthetic features on the shoe. The LeBron 16 has a release date

The 16th model of Lebron James’ signature model now has a release date. According to the Foot Locker release calendar, the 16 will make its retail debut on September 20. The debut colorway will come in a black/university red colorway. The model does carry over some features from its predecessor- battleknit used on the upper ( albeit in a new pattern) and the visible Zoom Air unit.
