Earlier today the Los Angeles Lakers announced that Lebron James will not play in the club’s Wednesday night game against the Utah Jazz due to ( say it with me) load management. This will be his third game missed in the Lakers’ last seven outings. It seems the missed games will pile up as the Lakers will not be participants in this year’s postseason. Thursday, the Los Angeles Times’ Brad Turner reported the Lakers presented the Pelicans with five various trade scenarios. One of the proposed deal included Los Angeles sending Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, Ivica Zubac, and first round pick to the Pelicans for their all-world forward/center.
