The Cleveland Cavaliers have traded former first round draft pick to the Houston Rockets, according to reporting from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charania. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the New York Knicks and Utah Jazz have engaged in deal that will move the Knicks up in Wednesday’s NBA Draft. The Knicks are sending their No. 27 and No. 38 picks to the Jazz in exchange for the No. 23 picks. As icing on the cake, Utah is sending over the the draft rights to 2008 second-round pick Ante Tomic, 33, who is not expected to come to the NBA. The Knicks now have the No.8 and No. 23 selections.
