The Air Jordan XXXVIII is the latest iteration in the venerable Air Jordan line. Initially seen on the feet of UCLA’s Kiki Rice and then Timberwolves point guard Mike Conley, images have emerged that allow for a much better overall view of the sneaker.
Nicknamed the “Fundamental” this introductory colorway of the XXXVIII sports a white leather upper paired with black that wraps the midfoot and heel, extending up to the collar. Jumpman branding can be seen on the tongue and rear heel, with red seen backing the top of the tongue.
Underneath resides a black and white midsole but the tooling is yet to be announced, along with a translucent rubber outsole.
The “Fundamantal” Air Jordan XXXVIII is scheduled to debut August 18, 2023, at nike.com and select retail establishments. They will carry a 200 USD sticker price.
