Jordan Brand is giving the Air Jordan 4 a military-inspired makeover with the upcoming “Light Army” colorway.
A fresh unboxing look gives sneakerheads another detailed view of the new AJ4, which combines earthy olive, khaki, gray and off-white tones for a subdued fall-ready aesthetic.
The official color makeup is Light Army/Light Silver-Cargo Khaki-Phantom, with the muted olive shade dominating the upper. Light Silver accents appear around the signature mesh panels and eyelets, while darker Cargo Khaki tones provide contrast across the tongue, midsole and outsole.
The sneaker also features the familiar Air Jordan 4 construction, including the molded wings, mesh side panels and visible Air cushioning.
MILITARY-INSPIRED WITHOUT THE HYPE
Unlike classic AJ4 retros connected to Michael Jordan’s playing career, the “Light Army” is a brand-new colorway built around its military-inspired palette.
