The “Watch The Throne” LeBron 9 was an exclusive sneaker gifted to Jay-Z and Kanye West in celebration of their tour and joint album of the same name.
The ”Watch The Throne” theme will be carried over to the LeBron 16. The shoe is outfitted in a black knit upper with gold branding for the lateral swoosh and LeBron signature on the tongue. The same style laces and inner from the same version of the 9 also makes appearances on the 16.
The upper sits atop a black midsole with some gold speckles. The aesthetic is completed by a blue-tinted translucent outsole.
A tentative date of February 17 has been set for this shoe’s release. It could possibly happen as a #LebroWatvh sometime during All-Star Weekend. The sticker price is set at $200 USD.
