Although like many fans of the Air Jordan XII, I would have loved to have seen the “Taxi” finally make its overdue return, the “White/Red” colorway is a more than acceptable consolation prize.
It sports a ribbed, white leather upper overlaid with red lizard print mudguards on both the lateral and medial sides. Jumpman branding is seen on the tongue, along with “TWO3.” The word “JUMPMAN” is stamped on plastic sections on the lateral side. On the rear heel reads “JORDAN” and “QUALITY INSPIRED BY THE REATEST PLAYER EVER”, along with a Jumpman on the rear pull tb.
Underneath resides a white and midsole and red semi-translucent rubber outsole with black traction sections.
This returning classic will be part of an unbelievably jam-packed holiday season when it hits nike.com and select retail establishments. They will carry a 210 USD sticker price.
