Via Tennessee State University Athletics The Tennessee State men’s basketball team announces the signing of Learic Davis, a three-star prospect out of Milwaukee, WI. The 6’7″ guard played at Milwaukee Bradley Tech under coach Shon Haralson, leading the Trojans to a 17-6 record and a conference championship. Downs was named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) University Division All-State Second Team, the organization announced on Thursday.
