The Tennessee State women’s basketball team turned in one of their strongest performances of the season, led wire-to-wire in a 70-62 win over Southeast Missouri.  As has been atypical of them for most of the season, the Lady Tigers got off to a good start, shooting 50% in the first quarter. Tennessee State “stepping away” from Southern Heritage Classic

Since the inception of the Southern Heritage Classic in 1990, Tennessee State has been a staple, participating in every playing of the contest.  However, that will change in 2025.
