This upcoming Lebron 16 has a Los Angeles Lakers flavor. It features a purple Battleknit 2.0 upper with a light blue heel wrap that has the years of the franchise’s NBA championship stitched on it. The yellow tongue features a “2” is stitched on one shoe and a “3” on the other. The insole sports “Lebron” in the Lakers font.
This aforementioned upper sits atop a grey, speckled midsole that houses the full-length Zoom Max unit and a grey outsole.
These are scheduled for a May 18 release at nike.com and select retail locations. The sticker price is set at $185 USD.
