Later this year, the “DMP” Air Jordan 11 is making its first retail appearance, albeit in “Reimagined” form, since its original 2006 release. As has been previously reported this iteration of this sneaker will feature a tumbled leather upper instead of the ballistic mesh of its progenitor. It had also been speculated that the lateral ankle Jumpman will be embroidered, which would be a step down in quality and presentation from the metallic gold version seen on the original.
This “Reimagined” aesthetic is completed with a white midsole and a milky translucent outsole.
New images have emerged via kicksaluoluo2 that allows for a view of the “23” stamped on the insole and the rear tongue label that reads “QUALITY INSPIRED BY THE GREATEST PLAYER EVER” , flanked by “THANK YOU.”
The “Reimagined DMP” Air Jordan 11 is scheduled to release December 9 at nike.com and select retail venues. They will carry a 225 USD sticker price.
