Initial images of the “Year of the Snake” have come to light. This upcoming Kobe V Protro, which fans of the man and/or his sneakers will unfortunately be frozen out of by the Kobe death profiteers, sports a purple fused upper with black mesh wrapping the heel. The gold-bordered black Swoosh on the lateral side shares the space with a golden snake that wraps the iconic branding. On the insole, Kobe’s 8 and 24 are surrounded by a snake that forms an infinity logo, while Chinese characters are seen behind the tongue.
Undermeath resides a black midsole and a blue tinted translucent rubber outsole.
The “Year of the Snake” Kobe V Protro is planned to make a 2025 debut.
