The New York Liberty have officially waived veteran forward Betnijah Laney-Hamilton, the team announced Thursday, ending a successful run that included helping the franchise capture its first WNBA championship.
Laney-Hamilton joined the Liberty ahead of the 2021 season and quickly established herself as one of the team’s most dependable two-way players.
