The Nature Boy is bringing the WOOO! to the sneaker world.
Ric Flair has teamed up with Ewing Athletics for a special edition of the brand’s iconic 33 HI, drawing inspiration from the legendary wrestling robes that became synonymous with Flair’s larger-than-life persona.
The collaboration features a bold teal-and-beige color scheme covered in floral and paisley-style detailing reminiscent of Flair’s extravagant entrance attire. The sneaker also receives plenty of custom touches, including “RIC/FLAIR” embroidery on the heels, Nature Boy branding on the tongue, custom packaging and upgraded premium materials.
The design reportedly takes specific inspiration from a teal-and-beige robe Flair wore during his wrestling career, further connecting the sneaker to one of the most recognizable fashion elements of his persona.
The partnership brings together two figures with unmistakable sports-culture identities: Flair, one of professional wrestling’s most iconic personalities, and Patrick Ewing’s signature 33 HI, one of the defining silhouettes of Ewing Athletics.
Release Details
The Ric Flair x Ewing Athletics 33 HI is scheduled to make its debut on September 5, 2026, at Cool J’s Miami. Flair is also expected to appear at the launch event from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., giving fans an opportunity to meet the Nature Boy while purchasing the sneakers.
A wider online release is expected, but Ewing Athletics has not yet announced additional release details or confirmed retail pricing.
For a wrestler whose entire image was built around styling, profiling and standing out, this collaboration feels right at home.
