ATLANTA — The Atlanta Dream have added one of the most accomplished veterans in WNBA history.
Two-time WNBA champion, six-time WNBA All-Star and three-time WNBA Sixth Player of the Year DeWanna Bonner has signed with the Atlanta Dream, the WNBA announced.
Bonner enters Atlanta with an impressive résumé that includes two WNBA championships and a place among the league’s all-time scoring leaders. She currently ranks third all-time in WNBA scoring, giving the Dream another proven offensive weapon with extensive postseason experience.
The veteran forward has spent her career establishing herself as one of the most versatile and reliable players in WNBA history. Her ability to score, create opportunities and provide veteran leadership makes her addition a significant one for Atlanta.
