Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s Nike era could be starting sooner than expected.
The Oklahoma City Thunder superstar’s next signature sneaker, the Nike Shai 002, is reportedly scheduled to make its retail debut in February 2027.
Early release information points to the first known Shai 002 being dressed in a Hot Curry/Dark Team Red/Orange Chalk color scheme, with a reported retail price of $145.
The shoe is expected to be a major milestone for Gilgeous-Alexander: the Shai 002 will be his first signature model released directly under the Nike Basketball banner after his previous signature line with Converse. Nike officially welcomed SGA into its signature basketball family in June.
Nike has already begun teasing the next chapter of the Shai line. During Gilgeous-Alexander’s visit to Nike World Headquarters, the brand used “Just Two It” messaging throughout its campus, directly referencing the upcoming SHAI 002.
Now, we may have our first potential retail information.
